I got a nice upgrade to a queen suite with a jacuzzi, the staff was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located next to the casino for dinner.

The service was exceptional. :) The room was very clean. The value of the hotel to $$ spent was good. Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed our visit. What else could I ask for?
No complaints about the hotel itself. The area that the hotel was in, was exceptionally sketchy.

I would say one of the most important qualities of Comfort Suites was that its locatation. The hotel was right in the heart of downtown Windsor yet so pleasantly quiet. Another plus of the hotel was the friendly staff awlways there to welcome you into the hotel and provide good customer service.
I wouldnt say there was anything that I didnt like about the hotel. I had a little minor indicent with the pillows in my room but the staff was right there to fix it quitckly and professionally.

The hotel features modern and updated rooms equipped with a microwave and fridge. The location is ideal for attending events in the area.- There is a Latin American restaurant nearby, and it's conveniently close to the downtown area and bars.

Lovely room, well-equiped. Check-in had the room keys in seconds. Great price. Handy for downtown and for highways.
Hotel was full; small breakfast (included) area was packed with large women stuffing themselves with food - dangerous area. Stayed away.

The location is great, just next to the casino and downtown area, where you can enjoy dinner and drinks, and it's close to Caesars Windsor; the staff is exceptionally accommodating, and the food is top-notch.

It was a reasonable price and our request for adjoining rooms was accommodated without any problems. The breakfast was more than expected and the service at it was excellent.
The building is in a less than glamourous neighbourhood. Early morning walks were a bit uncomfortable due to the run-down area. There was nothing the hotel could have done about the situation.

Location is great for Tiger ball games. Rom is spacious clean and comfortable. Included breakfast had good choices.
